The Salisbury to Stonehenge Shuttle is a fixed-schedule, private minibus service operated by Caboose Salisbury of 115 South Western Road, Salisbury, SP2 7RR. The shuttle departs from Caboose and travels direct to the Stonehenge Visitor Centre. Return journeys depart from the Stonehenge Visitor Centre car park.
All bookings must be made online at salisburytostonehenge.com and paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed by email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. We do not offer amendments, date changes or cancellations. Please ensure your selected date, departure time and return time are correct before completing your booking. By completing a booking you agree to this no-refund policy.
Passengers must be at Caboose, 115 South Western Road, Salisbury SP2 7RR, at least 10 minutes before their booked departure. Passengers who are not present at departure time may forfeit their seat without refund. For return journeys from Stonehenge, passengers must be at the designated pick-up point in the Visitor Centre car park at their booked return time.
The shuttle operates a maximum of 12 passengers per departure. Each passenger may bring one standard piece of hand luggage on board the vehicle. Oversized luggage, suitcases and bulky items must be stored at Caboose and are not permitted on the shuttle. Free luggage storage at Caboose is included with every booking.
In the event of service cancellation or significant delay caused by us (mechanical failure, adverse weather, or other circumstances within our control), we will offer passengers a full refund or transfer to the next available departure. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to road closures, extreme weather, or acts of government.
The price of your shuttle ticket does not include admission to Stonehenge. Entry to Stonehenge is managed by English Heritage and must be booked separately at english-heritage.org.uk. We are not responsible for passengers being refused entry to the site.
Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that does not endanger or disturb other passengers or the driver. The driver reserves the right to refuse travel to or remove any passenger whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
Our liability to you is limited to the price paid for your shuttle ticket. We are not liable for any consequential loss, missed connections, or costs arising from delays or service disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
