Group travel
Organising a group visit? Up to 12 reserved seats per shuttle departure. £15 per person return. School trips, corporate days, family groups, and tour parties all welcome.
Each shuttle holds 12 passengers. Book all seats on a single departure for exclusive group travel.
Flat rate per person regardless of group size. No group surcharges.
All seats are reserved — no standing, no waiting for the next service.
Leave group bags at Caboose all day. Collect on return.
Book online via the booking page — select your date and the number of passengers. The system will show availability across all six daily departures. For groups of 6 or more we recommend calling us on 01722 504858 to confirm availability and discuss logistics.
For groups of 13 or more, multiple shuttle departures can be used — for example a group of 20 could split across the 10:15 and 11:15 departures and meet at Stonehenge. Contact us on 01722 504858 to discuss the best approach for your group size and timing.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for groups, and 4–6 weeks ahead in summer (June–August). Groups fill entire departures and the 10:15 in particular books out early on summer weekends.
Groups filling a full departure (12 seats) get the entire shuttle to themselves — essentially a private transfer for the price of the standard fare. Book early to guarantee your preferred time.
| Group size | Shuttle cost (return) | Per person |
|---|---|---|
| 2 people | £30 | £15 |
| 4 people | £60 | £15 |
| 6 people | £90 | £15 |
| 8 people | £120 | £15 |
| 10 people | £150 | £15 |
| 12 people (full shuttle) | £180 | £15 |
Stonehenge entry tickets are separate — book via English Heritage. See our ticket guide.
Family groups visiting from across the UK find the shuttle particularly convenient — free luggage storage means suitcases stay at Caboose while the family visits Stonehenge. See our family visit guide for age-by-age suitability and packing tips.
Stonehenge is a popular curriculum destination for KS2 and KS3 history. School groups should contact us directly to plan multiple departures and ensure the group arrives and departs together. English Heritage offers educational resources and school group entry rates — see the tickets guide.
A Stonehenge day trip makes an unusual and memorable team outing. The shuttle's simplicity — reserved seats, direct journey, no driving or parking logistics — suits corporate groups well. Call us to discuss private departure options for larger teams.
